By 2035, ten countries, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Vanuatu, will face extreme climate change risks due to floods, cyclones, and droughts, coupled with limited adaptive capacity. Urgent measures are needed to enhance financial support, improve governance, and bolster early-warning systems to reduce vulnerabilities and protect livelihoods effectively.
